How to Measure
1. Chest
Take measurements parallel to the floor by placing the tape measure under the armhole at the peak of the chest.
2. Waist
Determine your waist point by placing your hands on your waist. Take measurements parallel to the ground from that point.
3. Hips
Place the tape measure at the widest and most vertical part of your hips and take measurements parallel to the floor.
4. Neck Circumference
Take the measurement parallel to the ground, centering the neck circumference.
5. Inner Leg Length
Without bending the leg, measure the tape measure from the top of the fork to the bottom.
6. Body Size
Measure your height while barefoot, on a flat surface, standing upright on a stable surface, determining the highest point of your head, and then measuring down to the floor.
